Description
Trekking poles take some of the strain off your knees on the way down and give you extra points of contact on loose or slippery ground. These Collapsible Trekking Poles adjust quickly to your height and shrink down to strap onto a pack when the trail flattens out.
Lever locks make it simple to change length on the move, so you can shorten them for climbs and lengthen them for descents. Foam grips stay comfortable in warm weather, and adjustable wrist straps help you plant each pole with less effort.
Poles are especially helpful when you are carrying a heavier pack, crossing creeks or walking on loose gravel and scree, and many hikers find they reduce fatigue at the end of a long day. If you are new to using poles, start on easier tracks to get a feel for the rhythm before tackling steeper terrain.
Why you’ll love it
- Lever locks for fast, secure height changes
- Lightweight aluminium alloy shafts
- Foam grips that stay comfortable on sweaty hands
- Interchangeable rubber tips for rock and pavement
- Collapse small enough to carry on a daypack
Good to know
Set the poles so your elbows sit at roughly a right angle on flat ground. Check the locks are firmly closed before putting weight on them. After muddy or wet hikes, extend the sections, wipe them clean and let them dry fully before collapsing them for storage. Shipping times to the United States and Australia are shown at checkout.

Made a big difference on a long steep descent. My knees thanked me.

Easy to adjust and they strap neatly to my daypack. Good value for a pair.
