Description
These heavy duty d carabiners come as a set of six aluminum clips rated at 12kN, giving you a handful of strong, lightweight connectors for camp, trail and garage. The D shape keeps loads seated toward the spine for a secure grip, and the non-locking gate lets you clip on and off quickly.
Use them as belt hooks, hammock buckles, gear hangers on a pack or tie points for a tarp. The maker describes them as a multi-tool for hikers, campers and climbers, and because there are six in the pack you can spread them across your kit instead of moving one clip from bag to bag. They are a simple way to round out your camping accessories without adding much weight.
The set is offered in mixed colors, gray, orange, blue, red, black or army green, so you can color code food bags, cookware and shelter gear. Keep a few heavy duty d carabiners in the car camping bin and a few on your daypack, and you will always have a quick attachment point ready when you need it.
